Tim started Austral in 1986. Known for his precision, creativity, and ability to understand what a client is looking for and what looks best on them, Tim approaches every haircut based on the individual. Born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Kristen now calls Irmo home. Her specialty is hair color. “Good communication is what helps me achieve the results my clients are looking for.”

As manager, Charleane oversees the daily operations and helps husband Tim with marketing and direction of Austral. She most enjoys helping stylists take their education and talent to a level that they enjoy.
After earning my license while in high school, I came to Austral Salon to grow. I love making dream hair a reality, and exceeding my clients’ expectations is my mission. I strive to help everyone who sits in my chair feel more confident and look amazing.

Born in Philadelphia, Arden has now settled in Columbia SC. Apart from being a stylist, some of her passions include music and art. Her focus is to provide clients with an luxury experience while making them feel beautiful.

Karsyn grew up in Forest Acres and played tennis for A.C. Flora High School. She has always loved this industry, and her favorite services are blonding, blowouts, and balayage. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with the crew.
